Changes for passengers as Callander bus route ends

Passengers going from Callander to Aberfoyle will have to find alternative transport after it was announced that the C29 service is to stop after Saturday 31st March.

The service will be replaced by demand-responsive transport (DRT), which will provide a mini-bus, private hire car or taxi service charged at bus fares.

The currrent Trossachs DRT is to expand to allow travel between Aberfoyle, Port of Menteith and Callander, and Thornhill and Callander.
